I've noticed that this new and improved version doesn't save my message titles. Does it for you?
Anyway, it's another gorgeous morning here. Warmer today and was 56 when I left the house. Ran the 3 miles in good time according to my trusty watch. 30.17 so a good pace. I'm not sure the nike+ was ever quite right on the time and pace either because when I wore a watch and the nike+ the watch always gave me a better time by quite a few seconds. Oh well. The nike+ wouldn't activate this morning either.
I have a very busy day ahead so better get going on it.

Oh, ps, I ran 6.42 yesterday. Slow! Didn't do any exercise today, though.
I noticed a new thing on the edit screen today. A link that says, "Switch back to the old interface" - have you noticed that before? I haven't! Maybe they got a lot of flack for the change!
