Soooo Close!

But not quite there! My run time today was 30:11 and, let me tell you, I worked hard for that time! Hard run. But everything seems more difficult at the end of the week, truth be told. I just get tired.

I had a fun but totally unhealthy dinner tonight (Italian with Bart and the fam). Back to the healthy eating tomorrow! They brought me chocolates from Hawaii and, yes, I'm eating them!

Good morning. Slept in a little today until 7:35. Hurray for Saturday! Then ran on the TM and did the exercises. I get tired by the end of the week, too, and look forward to Sunday my day off (from that anyway.)

I did not eat healthy yesterday either! But I am down 2 lbs from 9/1. I wanted to lose 5 in September but don't think that's going to happen. So will just keep at it. About the time I lose it Christmas will be here and it'll go right back on!

I feel so off track with my eating! I don't know if I'll even get back down so I can enjoy getting back up at Christmas! I need to think of a plan to get my eating together.

I've really not been feeling great and it has been so HOT that I have not been running. Actually, I'm not going to work tomorrow. I think it is just sinus stuff with the Santa Ana's, but it is going to be so hot (94) and I don't want to torture myself at work!

Anyway, I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling so good. I was going to say "so hot" but I know you are hot! Please arrange for cooler weather by November 2nd.

My eating is apparently out of control, too. I try but I can't lose anything. I was down 2 lbs last week but am right back up there today. so what's up with that? I swear I don't understand it. I wanted to lost 5 lbs in September...ha, ha, big joke. Very discouraged by this.

I did up my speed on the TM to 5.3 mph today and will try to do that this week. Also added 5 push ups and sit ups so will try to stay at 50 each this week and see how that goes. But I know the key is still what I put in my mouth.

Yeah, it is that stupid eating that is getting us down. For sure. I made a couple of things today so I can (hopefully) eat healthy today.

Do you consider keeping a food diary? I keep saying I am going to do it, but I never follow through. But I know a big part of it is that I'm in denial and eating way more then I let myself believe. I suppose that is why I never follow through with the diary - I don't want to know!

Anyway, running helps. You are speeding up!

I asked for cooler weather during your visit, so we are getting all the hot out of the way now!

I'll run tomorrow - it is supposed to be 70 by 6 am. I thought it was going to cool down tomorrow but I guess I was misinformed. Well, it will be 94 at least. Less hot, but still darn hot!
