Well, I'm going to be sore tomorrow! I didn't run today but I did go to the batting cages with Jessica. Geesh, how long has it been since I've done that? Quite some time! I was trembling like a newborn fawn when we were done!
I did run yesterday. Wore my Urgent Orange shoes! But I think I need more support till my foot is totally better, so back to my boring un-orange shoes tomorrow. SIGH.

I ran outside this morning. Beautiful day and I was late so it was warm enough for me to be out there. Sunny and no wind. Perfect. I listened to The Eagles though and think they are kind of boring. Have always thought that but decided to give them another chance. And they blew it.
Yes, you had better! I love my shoes! Probably because they were my marathon shoes more then anything else. I imagine I'll keep them forever.
Ha! I guess I only listen to The Eagles when I'm having quiet times! I'll keep this in mind....they don't win!
I took the day off. I'm crazy sore from the batting cages. Back at it tomorrow though!
