Today I did stuff. And I also did things.
This morning I ran. And it was a good run! Slow though. But I was happy to be out there.
I also did pushups and abs. Not a lot, but getting back to that.
I worked on a spreadsheet today to keep track of weight, calories in, exercise calories burned. I guess I can't attach it here, but I'll email it to you.
I did pretty good eating wise, so I'm happy about that!

Sounds like you had a pretty good day then. I use a little spread sheet to keep track of weight, too.
I did well in the eating department, too, but it didn't show up on the scale this morning. Why is it so easy to put weight on and so hard to take it off? The world shouldn't be that way.
I agree that the world should not be that way.....I feel a little bitter that it is! That said, I'm doing well and was actually down 1.5 pounds this am. I think that it is probably because I'm just getting back to running and my body is in shock!
