Good Morning

Another very humid morning here. Temp was 72 when I left the house. Walked a mile north and ran it back. Then the sit ups and push ups. Really worked up a sweat. Going to 94 today they are saying. Have fun with your company out there!

Hi! We are having a great time thus far! Josh snorkeled so much today! The rest of us did a lot of sun laying. No exercising though.

How long are you going to have this heat wave? Hopefully it won't last too long - not fun!
