Whew! Bands are HARD!!
I focused on upper body stuff today, and I can tell! I'm a little sore! I took one exercise out of each upper body muscle section in the book. Probably puttered around with it for about 45 minutes. I can totally cut down the time, but it took some time to figure the new stuff out.
I miss running, but this will see me though!
