Yep. I did it. I stretched. And.....my foot felt better all day. Is it psychological? Or is it actually possible that my muscles have been so tight they are causing this trouble? But I honestly did notice a difference all day.

And I had a great run! For the first time ever, my mileage was way off. I did the usual route which, as we know, is about 3 miles. My Nike+ told me I only did 2.93. Lies! I had the transmitter in a shoe pouch on the lace and I could see it was a little cockeyed today. Guess it needs to be more carefully placed! Anyway, my time was a lot better today too. And I DO think that was psychological. I think I was slowing myself down as I was waiting for the doctor to lower the hammer upon me!
I really wanted to have pizza tonight. But I did not! Whew! Beat the craving.

I think the older we get (speaking of myself here :)) the more important the stretching is.
We're up and at it and hope to be leaving here about 8 am for the Fair. Mom, however is very tired because she was up with Grandma from 2 - 4 am! But we're going. So that will be my exercise for today.
