Good Morning
Another nice morning here. 61 when I left the house and a little breezy. But I ran the whole 2 miles again and it seems to be going fine. Foot feels ok. I'm still icing it afterwards here more as a precaution than anything else. But it seems to be ok. Listened to Simon and Garfunkel this morning. Always loved those guys.

Oh, I love them too. Weren't they going on tour again?
I think it is a really good idea to keep icing that foot. Let's face it - it feels good! And it isn't like it will hurt anything.
I'm still hurting a bit but I can't complain since I'm running on it. I know I shouldn't. They called about the x-ray today but I missed the call. So I will find out tomorrow, I guess!
