Good Morning
In Valley City, ND this morning. Walked about .8 of a mile east of motel (to the big water tower!) and ran back but it included a very nice hill! Took the cast of Mama Mia with me today. Kind of humid out there and guess we are driving into it today. Hot and humid at home. Foot feels fine so hoping that continues.

Sounds like a solid landmark! You know, I'd rather run in the heat then humidity. Makes it hard.
I had another day of slack. It just got too busy. I had a test and other homework today and a wedding at 6 pm.
