Did it all again. And added 50 stair steps to the mix. No enthusiasm this morning though. Just not motivated at this point. Hope I'll remember how to run when I get out there next week! Getting discouraged by the weight thing, too. Can't lose these last 3 lbs. Of course, if I would stop snacking and grazing between supper and bedtime it would help.
