Good Morning

Good morning! I slept in a little this morning but did the aerobic rider for 10 minutes, 45 push ups, 30 sit ups, and 50 jumping jacks. That does get your heart going so it's all good. And the rider is working different muscles than running does so I'm feeling the burn there some. No word from the treadmill repair guy yet. Hope he calls to schedule something today. If not, I will be calling them again. Hope you have a good day!

Sounds like a great workout, even without running! Jumping jacks are great it is true. I should start working them in again.

Sounds like your repair guy needs a shake up! I wouldn't be able to stand it!

I had a day of slack here. I'm really not feeling well and it was just POURING rain. So I took that as a hint to take it easy. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
