When I left Joseph today, his brothers had arrived in Egypt to grovel before him. Begging for food. Will he? Won't he? WHAT CAN POSSIBLY HAPPEN!!! I'm excited for tomorrow!
And, yes, I've listened to this a million times! It is so fun.
Good run this am. 29:31ish. Totally beautiful morning out. Then I did the bands.
Then I ran hills at lunch and it is summertime here Dad!!! It was so warm and beautiful. The sun just felt delicious.
I can't wait for you to arrive!
