Did it!

And that's about all I can say! Boy, some days I just don't have the pep. And this sure was one of those gummy running days. Even ABBA couldn't save me! I was over 30 minutes, but I did it! And that is what counts!

Did the bands, too. Hurts so good!

Good morning. I did 10 minutes on the bike, 50 jumping jacks, 5 more minutes on the bike, 45 push ups, 30 sit ups...and then I quit. That bike uses different muscles than running so guess that's a good thing. Maybe I should be rotating between the two anyway. No word yet on when the guy will come to look at the treadmill. but then the parts will have to be ordered and then he will have to come back and fix it so it's not going to happen quickly. Oh, well, I can't do anything to hurry it along.

What bike? The aerobic rider? But I agree. I should do more cross-training too.

Honestly, I don't love circuit type training like you did today. I just lose interest in it so easily! So I understand why you just stopped.

45 pushups??? WOW!!! That is so great!
