Yep! And excess second! What is this world coming to??? I'll have to come to grips, tis true!
But, honestly, I didn't even want to do it this morning. I went back and forth in my mind the entire warm up/walk block. But I did it. And, funny thing, it is done! Weird how that works.
And I did hills at lunch. I think I'll get back on track with that now. Back to a daily thing. I have missed it.
I'm really fighting with that darn scale. I've been up about three pounds on a consistent basis this past month. Could be the colder weather. Could be the lack of hill running. could also be the fact that I've been drinking a TON of diet pop. And I mean a ton. Today I began the cut back and only had one. But it was really becoming a bad habit. And I do wonder if it causes water and sodium retention or something. Anyway, I want to throw my scale out the window! So, instead, I'll lose the three pounds!

Yeah, whoever invented scales anyway? I can't seem to lose those last 2 holiday pounds I put on over Christmas. Oh well...
I did the run this morning but it really seemed like work today. I didn't feel like doing it at all. But I got Barry M to help me and it was ok. Always glad when it's done.
