Well, another amazing time! I just can't believe the way patience, persistence, and - yep - stubbornness have paid off! More things I got from you!
I was late hitting the road again. Don't want to make that a habit, but I have two tests next week and I'm a bit overwhelmed. So my morning studying is more engrossing, I guess. Anyway, I left even though I was late doing so. I did the bands today too!
I listened to Muse again today. I just love them. It is so easy to disappear into their music! Good tunes makes a difference.
No hills today - I'm recovering from yesterday!
Hope you are sleeping like a baby!

Good morning. Yes, another great time! I will never keep up with you now! Angie and I are going to register for the 5K coming up in Osceola on April 17th.
Not sure I know Muse. I took Elton J with me this morning. Did the 5.5 for 30 minutes. Also the pushups and situps. Felt good and went well.
Now off to work.
You totally will keep up with me! I need to add an asterisk next to my time stating "result vary by day!"
You might not know Muse. Current, rock-style band. Elton.....don't like!
I'm totally jealous of your 5K date! You will have to wear your t-shirt in SD!
Bart - your time is not laughable! Even now, the hardest part for me is getting started. You are right - doing something is what counts!
I just slept like one baby. But it was a rock baby!
Hey, Bartzilla!!! Good to see you here! And Julie is right. Getting started is the hard part. Once you start persistence is the key no matter what you're doing. I started walking - slowly - 20 minutes a day. No big deal but it was a start. Good for you man!
