Weekend Update

I ran both Saturday and Sunday. My time Saturday was just over 30 - but I forgive myself as it was hot! I had school at 1 and needed to finish my presentation. That is why I was running in the heat.

Today I ran but I forgot my watch. So who knows! That's ok - it was fun and enjoyable.

My weight is really down right now, which seems weird based on what I've been eating. But I'm clocking in at 126.5 yesterday and today. Just need to keep it up! Or down, I mean!!

That's great on the weight! Mine seems to be holding steady the last few days, too. Cold and EXTREMELY windy here this morning! 40-50 mile per hour winds! Unbelievable. So, walked on the treadmill and went ok.

Brrrr! Wow, that is crazy wind. Yep, best to keep it inside! How is the leg feeling after walking?

It will be interesting to see what happens with weight (and eating) when the real cool weather hits. Will we feel like slowing down and eating heavier (comfort style) foods?

Obviously it won't get as cold here, but I suppose it is all relative!
