As you know, I did not run yesterday. This morning I had a great run! My time was 28:57!! I was really excited! I like hitting those 28s - although I think this is only the second time I've done it! Look at me, talking up "those 28s" like I'm an old pro!
Then I did some ab stuff. I'm trying to do a bit more of that and see if that helps the tummy. Although I do know that a lot of that will be resolved with a bit more weight loss.
Did hills at lunch. It was really nice to get out because it was busy. Again.
Hit my goal weight today! I need it to "stick" for at least a week before I will tell you "I made my goal" though!

Congratulations both on the time and on the weight!!!! Time to celebrate!! (But not by going to the DQ!)
I'm feeling better this morning and had a good bike ride. Leg has been fine all week long but I plan to keep riding the bike until the weather forces me inside to the treadmill. Then I will try walking a few days and see how that goes. Passed up a new walker on my route this morning. Don't know who he is but he's heavy and needs to walk so hope he keeps it up. Reminded me of me 2 yeas ago!
Off to work. A busy day but not so long coming up.
Thanks! Oh, boy did I used to love DQ! Especially their peanut buster parfaits. I bet there is a thousand calories in one of those!

I think your plan is really smart. It might be hard to get started again, but I think it will be worth it to just give yourself this break.
You know, it is inspiring to think of where we have been versus where we are now. Yay us! And yay new walker guy! He just needs to persevere.
