Another cool morning here so my days are numbered I'm sure. But I did the ride and it felt good to be out there. Did the exercises when I got back and now off to another day. Hope you have a good one.
Evening! Cooling off is fun - cold is not! But I like fall because I love Halloween. I think I like it so much because, to me, it has always been YOUR holiday! I always think of doing things with you when I think of Halloween.
Funny how exercise feels good now, isn't it? I would not have guessed that even six months ago!
Halloween is MY holiday? That's news to me! Mom is the one who gets all hot and bothered about it! Anyway, it's coming, isn't it? I have some nice big pumpkins this year for it.
