I'm done working! Not at work, just life work. Actually I had a good night - I've just had a lot to do.
Ran this AM - 29:20. Did the pushups and such. Ran hills (and errands!!) at lunch. Then I had to work late because it is just so darn busy. So busy. Then I met Bart at the cages after work! That was really great. It has been too long since I've been and I could feel it. I'm glad tomorrow is not pushup day because my arms hurt tonight!
Then I did some grocery shopping things and then some cooking things and then I did some cleaning things. Now I'm doing go to sleep things!

Good morning. Walked on the treadmill again today and guess that will be the report from now on. Too cold to be outside at that time of the morning. Rain moving in here today and supposed to rain off and on through tomorrow. Walk went fine and so did the exercises. Sure wish I was getting on that plane today, too, but trying not to think about it. I know you'll all have fun!
Yep, guess it is getting to be inside time. I got your email tonight and it sound like it rained all day!
Well, I won't lie. I sure wish you were coming too! But next time - or soon.
Soon enough I'm leaving to pick them up.
