This is short and sweet! Cause I'm worn out tonight.
I'm glad I ran four miles when the mood struck yesterday - cause I sure didn't feel like it this morning. Didn't feel like any of it, actually! But I did it. And my time was good - 29:28. Then just did some core stuff. Also I did run hills at lunch, but I should not have done. Too darn hot. Live and learn. Although I'm sure I'll do it again tomorrow!!
I was very excited - I anticipated ending my week telling you that I was .5 pounds away from my goal! But this morning I was 1.5!! Sigh. But I'm healthy and that is what counts, and I know it.

I rode bike 4 miles yesterday morning, walked 2 miles with Mom after supper last night, and walked 2 miles again this morning. And the scale says I'm up a whole pound from yesterday morning! How in the hell can that be? I just don't get it.
Anyway, did the walk this morning and went ok. Sitting on the ice now. Another gorgeous morning here. 55 and sun was just coming up. Beautiful.

How???? How is that even possible!?! I really don't get it. Did you have a salty dinner? That is all I can guess! Irritating.
Can you still feel the injury when you are stretching?
I had a beautiful morning too. Went out and it was dark and five minutes later I was watching the sun rise!
