Well, as you know, I decided to jump rope this morning. I went to bed waaay too late last night (midnight!). Even though I got up at 5, I was not happy about it!
So I did four sets of this:
100 jumps
14 pushups
20 squats
10 lunges
Pretty good. Then the normal hills at lunch.

Had a good ride this morning. A little cool but felt good. Then my normal situps and pushups. Didn't sleep real well so feeling tired but glad to be out there anyway today.

Glad you could get out even though you were worn. That really makes it difficult for me.
