I had another good showing this morning - 29:06! These last two days have been really great. Because I'm running so well and so hard. Really kind of pushing myself but in a way that feels good.
I came home and did some core exercises but I also did some ab stuff too today. I've gotten off track with that. I know that my stomach will show results with some additional weight loss, but maybe some ab work will help, too.
Ran hills at lunch. I'm getting bored with that so I might throw the cages back into the mix. It has been a while!

Today was a walking day so did the 2 miles. Felt a "pinch" down there but not bad. I can't believe this is taking so long to heal. Almost 2 months now. Wish I hadn't kept running on it the first couple of weeks. Live and learn.
