29:01 again this morning! Weird - two days in a row.
I didn't sleep again last night. Actually read in bed, which is really odd for me. But I did get up at 5 and was running after 6.
I had another good run - felt good and strong! Then ab stuff when I came home. And then hills at lunch.

Good morning. Rode the bike this morning and went fine. Passed a walker (saw him last week for the first time) and a jogger (never have seen her before) so it was busy out there this morning. Nice morning though and I didn't need the sweatshirt I was wearing. This is supposed to be our last week of nice weather so trying to be out there and enjoy it.
That's very weird on your time - exactly the same 2 days in a row. You must be in a groove.

Glad you had a nice AM - I did too! Very weird actually. It was so misty - I ran through fog. No ghosts though!
I like seeing people when I'm out and about. I feel like we are part of a club!
