Yep! 30:12. But I knew it was going to happen. Felt tired and sluggish all morning! In fact, I almost decided to sleep in when my alarm went off. Anyway, I knew I was in the over 30 zone at the first step, but I didn't really try to push myself. Just tried to keep going. And I did!
I did do about a million pushups this morning. OK, well 60 actually. Not all at once, though. 5 sets of 12. I'm getting good!
No hills this afternoon. I had an errand to run (for my very own chemistry experiment I'm doing this month!) and it was so HOT again!
I did not stay away from the scale. Should have listened though!

Good morning. My weight is back down this morning! I don't get it either. Up and down. Makes no sense.
Rode the bike 4 miles this morning with no trouble. And getting better. Went north 2 miles and back so no gravel and did it in 21.08. Much prefer that route just to stay off that gravel road.
Leg was bothering me last night though. Don't understand that either. Feels fine this morning.
Wow! 60 pushups! That is getting into the impressive range!

Your ride sounds great! What kind of tires do you have on your bike? The skinny kind? If so, I would stay off the gravel, too!

I ran this morning - in my spanking new running shoes! My others had holes!! So it was past time. I was planning on getting a pair this weekend but then Bart and I stopped at the outlet mall yesterday and they had a Nike outlet. So I save 50 bucks! And they were a pair I actually know and wanted.
Hope you had fun shopping.....at least it gives you a chance to exercise patience!
