And that was with a pit stop! I never can change my music as I'm going. Well, beyond flipping to the next song, that is. But I had to stop to pick a different album. And I still had a great time!
Did pushups and lunges and squats when I came home.
I worked from home today, so I didn't do hills. Also, I think it was over 100 today so that would have been a bad idea anyway!
It is late, but I really need to run tomorrow. Pizza was dinner tonight. I have a Luigi's by me now! Bart and I went. Two slices and a pop for $5.50! But I know how the scale feels about me eating anything other then lettuce! Bitter!
I'm actually picking up my car tomorrow - just took a little longer then he expected. So I'll run in the AM and then walk over to the shop, which is about 1 mile away.

Good morning. Another great time for you! Even with the pit stop. It's still that hot out there? Wow!
Cooling off here. Only 50 when I left the house this morning but had a good bike ride. Didn't see anybody else this morning so wonder if it was too cool for them. Had a good ride though. Supposed to really cool down by Monday so the outside days might be coming to an end here.
Glad you're getting the car back. Did the pepboys do the work?

Brrr! It will be sad when you have to move it inside, but it happens I guess. And, yeah, maybe too cool for the others. But not for a true athlete!
You know, I actually slept in this morning. So no running in the AM. We will see how lunch plays out.
No, I did not take it to Pep Boys, actually. I had some oil change drama with the recently - no biggie. But it kind of made me question my trust! So I took it to Sean at Advantec. Adams Avenue - great guy. Bart swears by him and now I do too!
I did run hills this afternoon. It was hot, but I wanted to get out. Now I'm going to bed. I am so tired. I only had a tiny bit of coffee for this morning so I am pretty excited for tomorrow!
