OK, actually, I forgot my watch today. So it COULD have been 27! I was going to do an estimate based on my music, but I decided not to bother because seconds really do count.
I did get my a@$ handed to me by another runner this morning. And then I thought, "Well, I'm not 18, I'm not a man, and I'm not 6 feet tall!" And then I thought, "Wow, those are just excuses!!!" and I ran faster!
Did some ab stuff when I came home. Then hills at lunch. Man, that is getting old. Mostly with the heat.

Good morning. Rode the bike around the block today and that is work! That hill coming up 150th nearly does me in. But I didn't have to get off and walk so that was good. Leg feels fine this morning so glad the bike doesn't bother it. Guess I will just keep riding until the weather puts an end to it. Also did the 15 pushups, 25 situps, and 15 pushups.
Chris Schmidt is the guy here who passes me by while walking or running! We just wave at each other and keep going!

Oh, that is great news! Yeah, sounds like the best plan is to stay off that stem until you have no choice!
Great for you with the pushups! I have seriously noticed more definition in my arms, which makes me really happy. I bet you will too.
I have old people who I KNOW want to talk to me, but I just keep going!
