I woke up feeling....well, not really cranky. But kind of. And then I got ready to go and was late (by 4 minutes!), and I noticed that my iPod was getting low on juice. Just....SIGH. So I went outside and saw the beautiful pink sky and my mood lifted right away. I was just really pleased to be outside and see such a pretty day! Saw all my "friends" when I was out this AM. And! I passed another runner! Taller then me too! And, no, I did not count out loud!
I felt pretty strong in my run this AM. Time was 29:41. Then I came back and did pushups, squats, and lunges.
I hate my scale! Up a half pound. No big deal, just really irritating because I have been working on weight LOSS, not weight GAIN!! I do need to figure something out for school nights. I have been eating something when I get home and I just don't like eating that late at night. I believe that calories are calories, and it does not really matter when I eat them. All the same.......just need to develop a different night habit for school nights.
I may or may not run hills at lunch. I have a giant paper due Saturday, and I'm dedicated to writing it TODAY! I'll bring my gym bag though and play it by ear!

I walked this morning and had a terrible time. 33.54! Worst walking time since forever! Leg bothered me the whole way which I don't understand at all. Felt fine all day yesterday. Hardly thought about it even. Then this morning there it was again. This is getting very old.
I'm also up a whole pound today which I also don't understand. I pretty much hate my scale, too! The weight does vary though and I know that. Still 6 pounds below my goal so shouldn't complain really but I hate it when this happens. Oh well...

Oh, man. You have two things converging that would make me epically cranky! You know, it is all well and good to know that, yes, you are under your goal weight. At the same time, we both know that this has become your weight. I don't want to gain even if I am below my goal!!!!
Sorry to hear about your leg. How did your exercises feel this AM? Did they seem more difficult? Oh, did you get your 2lb weight?
No I haven't gotten a weight. Exercises seem fine. It's only when I start walking. So I guess that's improvement. Doesn't bother me all day.
Well, any improvement makes you happy I bet!
