Good Morning

Have my exercises down to 15 minutes this morning and then walked 17 on the treadmill and ran 3 more. Then I had to quit. Will stick to this routine until I go back to PT on Monday. Not expecting them to tell me much more though. Have a good day.

Good for you, though. Especially for sticking with it. It has to be so frustrating but I imagine (hope anyway!) that she knows what she is doing!! Hope. Is it aching less in general?

How fast are you able to walk? Boy, isn't it amazing really how careful we have to be with our bodies? They are sturdy but fragile at the same time!
