This is short and sweet (like me!! Yeah, I know - I stole that one!). I'm totally freaking out about Chemistry! Well, not about chemistry actually. But about the algebra required for chemistry! In fact, I sat through class thinking "I'm totally going to clean house!" and then he handed out the "how is your algebra" review. I've got some brushing up to do. I am going to make the nerds at work review with me tomorrow.

Good run this am - 29:07!! Then hills at lunch. We also had a 30 minute break tonight so I walked around then, too.

Good luck with the chemistry class! I remember taking a class in high school and it was not my thing! But I know you can do it.
I walked the full two miles this morning and felt a little strain in my leg but not bad. But walking takes so much time! I'd rather run and get back home. Nice morning here but only 52 when I left the house so I wore my San Diego sweatshirt the whole way.
We slept well! No alarms went off at all!

I'm glad you could get out and walk. I guess that strain is telling you to not run. Frustrating! Well, you will be back in the game soon enough!
Glad you could get a good night sleep! That still makes me nuts! I might have said 'to hell with it!' and gone to sleep in my car!
