No run this morning. I got up as usual and did all the exercises recommended yesterday by the physical therapist. Took me 22 minutes to do them! And when I was done my leg was more sore than when I began! Is it suppose to be that way? I don't know. I got on the treadmill but just couldn't do it. So, I don't know what I'll do here. Going back to PT on Friday morning so I guess I will do these exercises again tomorrow and Friday and see what happens. I will get up 15 minutes earlier tomorrow and see if I can still get at least a walk in after the exercises.

Boy, what a bummer! Good for you for sticking with it though. Maybe you should call her and ask if it should hurt that much?
I'd be really disappointed, so I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I was reading on some PT sites and it sounds like sometimes it does hurt because muscles have been weakened. So as you to the PT you are stretching them and strengthening them, and that can cause soreness.
Well, I think the icing is a good idea! Good luck tomorrow! I'll sure be thinking about you!
