I ran today! Did the whole 2 miles but it wasn't easy. Haven't run it for a week and could sure feel it. Leg bothered me some but not painful. Just more like an ache. But that's the way it's been. So I did it today (in 19.36) and am planning to just get back to it every morning and see what happens. It's been very depressing to not be able to do it. Have ice on it now and going to PT pretty soon to see what they will say. I have done their exercises every morning and will continue that for this week at least. That's the news from here.

Went to PT this morning and was told to quit running until this ham string heals. So I will be walking and riding bike until it does. Not happy about this but what you gonna do? I don't want to keep struggling with this forever either. Running is keeping it aggravated every time I do it so it's not going to heal that way. Took a short bike ride tonight to test out the bike that I haven't ridden in 30+ years! I remembered how and it went fine. So, that's the way it will have to be for a while.

Sounds like those hills will give you a solid workout though. I'm excited to hear about it tomorrow! Have fun!
Oh, I'm curious. Did you do your stretches on Sunday?
Yes, I did the stretches on Sunday. Am doing them every day. Have to find a 2 lb weight though. WalMart was sold out yesterday.
Ah! That is totally irritating! Especially if you made a special trip.
