Good Morning
Good morning! Guess you are having fun in the desert but I'm here slugging away! I used the treadmill again this morning because it was thundering, lightning, and raining when I was ready to go out. Walked for 16 minutes and ran for 17 minutes! And did fine. Leg feels ok even now so I'll have to see what the day brings but think it is finally healing. Hurray! Have fun in the desert! Hi to Bart.

How did it feel for the rest of the day?
Did you get a lot of rain? Or was it mostly bluster?
The rain was entirely bluster! We had 2/10's on Friday morning when they got 3 inches in the Cities!! I watered my garden last night.
