Good Morning

And so we start another week. Time flies when you're having fun. It will slow down now though because I go back to work tomorrow!

Walked for 31 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Could feel it in my leg some but it was manageable. Tried to run but couldn't do that. So, my new plan is to walk this week and just accept that. If I'm not able to run next week, I will have to pursue further medical advice I guess.

Hi! I think you have a really good plan actually. And I think our bodies like it when we mix it up a bit. So walking should do you good!

Glad you could do it - I think that is a good sign!
