Back on track

I'm having motivational issues this week. I'm doing it....I just don't really want to do it!

Good run this morning, back on track with 29:35. Then I did hills at lunch. You know, the usual. As usual. Sigh.

Maybe I need some new music to spice it up!

Good morning. Yeah, motivation is an issue some days. I wasn't sure I wanted to run this morning but I did. Did the 2 miles and time was better. 20.06. Still not down to where I was but glad I can run the whole 2 miles. Still feeling it some in the right leg but just pushing on.

I'm amazed you can do 40 pushups! I think you'd have to be lifting weights, too, to get to the 100. Can't imagine that. I'm doing 15, then 20 situps, and the started this week doing another 10 pushups after the situps. So far, so good on that.

Good for you! Even though you are not 100%, I bet it feels so great to be back out there.

I ran this AM - did 40 pushups too!

It is hard adding extra, isn't it? But I'm starting to see some muscles!
