Wow, another amazingly beautiful day. Right now my runs are time when it is light out but the sun is still doing its rising thing. So I can see a beautiful pink/orange sky for the first 1/2 mile or so.
I'm too lazy right now to get up and grab my watch, but my time this morning was within a couple of seconds of yesterday. Here is the weird part - my time at the first minute yesterday was 11:53. Way too long for that first mile, but such is life. Today? That first mile took me 12:18!! I know! But I really picked up the pace. I made up that time and kept my last two miles respectable. So I'm pretty happy with the run even though it took me a bit longer then I like. I just need another week to get back into the swing of things.

Well, I think you're doing great!
-15 here this morning and one more very cold night tonight they say. Then suppose to warm up into the 20's over the weekend. Hope so!
Had my walk and now off to work.
