I got in some good hill running today. Totally slept in in morning, so I packed up my workout duds and got some exercise at lunch.
I ran up the hill by the YMCA office building five times. I sure can tell it has been a while since I've done that! Felt good to be back at it. Even if I did get wet! It was "raining" today. That's fine. I just made sure to leave all my electronics behind.
