Well, I did it! Got out of bed this morning and went for a run. Glad to be back on track - for one day at least!
I didn't wear my watch today because I was just more interested in getting back on the road rather then being irritated about my time. I did wear my iPod and I wish I had left that at home, too! I got sprinkled on! Not serious rain, but enough to make me worried.
Nice day out though. Soon you will be walking outside!

Yeah! I can hardly wait to be walking outside. If only for a week. Mom is having her colonoscopy this morning. Fun, fun.
Oh, good times for her! She really deserves a vacation now!
