I just got back from a beautiful bike ride! I was out and about for around 40 minutes. It was no drastic race to the finish but I was sweaty, no question about that. It was nice to get out and explore the neighborhood, see the monastery, view the canyons. It actually reminded me that I like California!
Even though this was not a heart seriously pumping exercise day, I think it is still good to work some different muscles.
I listened to nothing because I am terrified of getting smooched by a car while riding my bike!

Hi. No walking for me today. Sunday is my day of rest! At least from that. Worked this morning and now I am officially on vacation!
Waelchli's left after church this morning and they took Joshua with them! We're going over to De Pere on Friday for the weekend and Anderson's birthday on Sunday.
Hot, hot, hot here this afternoon! 90 now. I was in the garden for about and hour but that was enough of that! Not a weed left living out there anyway! It's looking great but, of course, I have kept it watered and if we don't get rain tonight I will be doing that again in the morning.
I did pick lettuce, green onions, radishes and a few snow peas for our salad tonight. Also found enough new red potatotes to boil up and eat tonight! Getting hungry? I am!

Hey, speaking of riding bike, Megan went for a bike ride this afternoon and saw our mama bear and her cub down the road on 140th! Pretty exciting but she came home another way!
You deserve a day off! Sounds like you are still having busy times over there. Who is staying with GV while you are gone?
I am hungry now that sounds delicious! I love all that stuff. I better move home - soon!
Megan showed good sense, taking a different way home. It would have been better sense to remember to bike ride with a camera! Silly rabbit!
