Okay, I am ready mentally to start over so we will see how it goes. Julie, your 30 mins for 30 days has encouraged me. I sometimes bite off more than I can chew! Figurativly and literally! So anyway, yesterday I did my 30 minutes. I walked up a hill a couple of times, I lunged walked a couple of times and I walked backwards a couple of times! Cornfusing? Give it a try! It is nice to have my dad here so I feel I can get out and do some walking. And I went out for supper and did okay with my food choices and had a great time with my friends! So, anyway--day one on 7/21!

"lunged walk"? What is that? And backwards? I have enough trouble going forward.
I've had my walk today with Martina McBride. Another San Diego day here, too! Have much to do today to be ready to leave in the morning so getting busy.
Good for you, Mom! I am really excited for you! Sounds like you had a busy/successful "walk". Honestly, the hardest part for me was getting started. Now I'm doing it because I really really don't want to let myself down. Ok, ok, also I'm seeing results!
You better get packed up there Mister! You have a long, long, long trip ahead of you (can you tell how I feel about your trip?!).
I wish we were having a SD day here today. It's freezing!
