Updates: Gym > Run > Gym

Made it to the gym on Saturday and out of a run on Sunday. 2 miles on Sunday, slowly but surly rebuilding. Next run outing, I'll aim for 2.5 miles. Gym was hot today! That's all I've got!

That gym is always hot. Except when it's too cold! Wonder if they understand the concept of a thermostat!
