Gym!

It's been so long since I've been to the gym, and I could really tell. I hit it as hard as I was able and it did feel good. I'm still not 100% but I went for it anyway. I will tell you what, planks are really hard when I haven't been doing them for some time! I only did 1 minute front and 30 seconds on each side. Usually I do 1 minute front, 1 minute on each side, and 1 more minute front. I must rebuild! Thinking that for our trip I'll have a goal of doing squats, planks, and pushups - in addition to all the walking I know we will be doing.

Good goal. We'll have to do something I know. Always takes a while to get back up to speed after time off whether due to illness or laziness. Both cause problems getting back into the routine.
