Oh yeah, lots of walking! But I have done some "for reals" exercising, too. We have a darn nice (if tiny!) fitness center here.
Yesterday I ran 3 miles on the treadmill, using a 1%incline. It was awesome except for that one time I almost fell off because I was screwing with my iPod. And that one time I was almost done and decided to go faster. And when I touched the button it shocked the machine and it stopped! But it will worked out in the end - no injuries!
Today I went down and lifted weights. They have really nice dumbbells and a good weight bench that can be flat or at an incline. And then I walked in the treadmill (9.5 incline) for 20 minutes.
Both times I was all alone!

So glad you could find time in Memphis to have some "fun!" Also glad you didn't fall off the TM and hurt yourself!
Thanks - me too! Trust me, I stopped screwing around after that happened!
