I'm sure starting to tighten up here! I'll be sore tomorrow, for sure. Really good workout today - upper body stuff. Delts, shoulders, pecs, triceps, lats, biceps. Then I did some squats. Cause you know me and squats!
I learned a lot and look forward to my next session. And to MUSCLES!

I'm off today and tomorrow as we pack and then get on the road. So much last minute stuff to do when you're leaving home for 5 weeks!!
