Well, I see I haven't posted for a few days! So here I go!
I had a good run on Saturday. I have a new music podcast that I've been listening to - house/dance music, so it has a good pace and beat. That helped my run a lot.
Sunday I went to the gym. Did some new stuff I've learned, and some of my old lifting. But I used some new techniques and it made a big difference.
Today was running again.
And, tomorrow, gym. And my trainer!
