TIL!
Today I learned a new name for The Stairway to Hell! I saw one of my gym pals while I was using that machine and he came over and said, "Ouch, ouch, ouch, I hate that machine!" And I told him I like to call it The Stairway to Hell. And he said he calls it the Swearmaster! Super cute!
That's what I did today - 30 minutes. Then I very slow walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes to cool down because my heart was really pumping!
It's so hot! I was going to run but felt like I might burst into flames. Maybe SD moved closer to the sun today?

Whatever you call it, it doesn't sound like any fun at all! Never tried it so can't say from experience though. No, I'm not dying to try it!
I hope my next gym has one!
