I was scraping and painting on the garage on Thursday and Friday and that just plain wore me out! So no running those two days but I got exercise. Believe me! I did go out and run this morning but it was slow because of the 100 mph wind I was fighting! Well, not quite, but it was super windy and I was glad I had long sleeves and long pants. No run tomorrow (Sunday) either because I'm leading worship in Hogeland and will have to get over there and get ready. Worked on it this afternoon so feel ready to go. We'll see! Hope to get back to a more regular schedule on Monday.

That is for sure crosstraining! And we will call the wind "resistance training"! But both sound like really hard work.
How did church go? Was it fun to do that again?
