Well, that run yesterday loosened everything up. And by "everything" I mean all my aches and pains! I was sore all last night and all day today. I can really tell I worked out hard and did different things.
But I did still go to the gym today, aches and pains and all. And I'm glad I did, I feel a lot better. Which seems weird! But I do. And I did some different things that I've learned from Shawn. Broke up my routine.

Keeping at it when you don't feel like is the key to success! Good for you. How often are you with this trainer?
Once a week. I think I'll keep that up - until I move. Then I'll have to find a new gym and a new trainer!
