Getting Warmer Here
It was 70 when I went out there at 8:00 this morning which is almost getting too warm for me to run. But I did. And had more traffic this morning! Loren was following me when I got back to the house and I never heard him behind me at all! Gotta turn the head phones down. Not sure how long he had been trailing me. At least he didn't honk and scare the hell out of me! Then I turned a fan on and did my pushups and situps in the living room.

You were probably just in the zone! Running focused, not traffic focused! I don't like getting scared when I'm running - although I tell myself it just helped to get my heartrate up.
