Weird Gym!
Sometimes the gym is so odd! Today it was odd because it was another very hot day - and humid. I figured it would be empty, but I was very very wrong. It was exceedingly busy! And everyone was working hard - including me!
I upped some of my weights today. I went from 20 to 25 of my barbell front squat. Someone was using the 20. But that worked out great and I'll keep doing 25. Until it's time to go to 30, that is!
Let's see. Also upped the weight on my shoulder press and side raises. Very challenging and the last set was back at my normal weight. Upping the weight makes my other exercises more challenging, too, because my muscles get tired.

You're going to look like your trainer if you're not careful! All those weights! Wow!
Maybe I'll aim for 1/32 of the muscles he has!
