Too cold to run outside this morning!! It was 52 but very windy so windchill was -10 I think. So I opted to find out if the TM still works and it does. We had rain last night and my foot was aching this morning but I just ignored it and kept going and got it done.

I believe in ignoring, as you know! It's like a medicine, isn't it?
